Experience a vibrant celebration of Orem’s culture with colorful floats, marching bands, and local talent! The parade kicks off at 800 S & 800 E and turns left onto Center Street.

Safety First: Please keep children out of the street at all times.

Spot Saving: Permitted only after 9 AM on Friday, June 13th.

Road Closures: 800 E closes at 5 PM; Center St closes at 6 PM.

When is the Mandatory Meeting?

There is a Mandatory Parade Meeting for ALL entries.

It will be on May 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Orem Senior Friendship Center, 93 400 E, Orem, UT 84097.

All entries will need to be represented by their main check-in person. All drivers will also need to
attend.

What are the prohibited materials?

The Executive Committee reserves the right to refuse an entry into the
parade if it determines that the entry is controversial, unlawful, political, or otherwise considered
to be inconsistent with the standards, theme, quality, or purposes of the Oremfest parade.

What You Can Bring & Distribute

Distribution is optional. If you choose to participate, you must follow these rules:

  • Requirements: Literature must include a coupon or free offer.
  • Staffing: Provide 2–4 distributors and 2 runners.
  • Logistics: Use provided wagons along the roadside. Refill supplies only from the rear of your entry.
  • Safety: Items must be handed or gently tossed from the sidewalk/curb only.
  • Prohibited: Never throw items from the center of the road or from a moving vehicle.
  • Penalty: Violating these rules will result in a one-year ban from future parades.

Can i bring animals?

No animals, including horses, are permitted in the Oremfest parade

 

What's the parade size permitted?

Each entry is limited to 50 feet in length and 1 lane in width. If an entry is
longer than 50 feet or wider than a typical lane, and wants to have more vehicles or a longer
trailer, then they are required to purchase an additional entry.

what happens when it rains?

The parade is a rain-or-shine event. Please dress appropriately for the
weather conditions. Entries are responsible for providing sufficient water for their participants.
