Show off your bundle of joy at Hillcrest Park! Partnering with Timpanogos Hospital and the Freedom Festival, we’re hosting a morning of fun for children ages 0–36 months. Registration is $15 online (no door entries) and is capped at 400 participants.
Each entry includes a gift bag with a mini-Minky Couture blanket and a chance to win major drawing prizes, plus awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place across multiple categories. Sign up at oremfest@orem.gov to secure your spot!

Registration & Participation
- Who: All children ages 0–36 months.
- How: Select a specific time slot and arrive at Hillcrest Park Center during your window.

What You Get

- Grand Prize Drawing: All participants are automatically entered to win major prizes.
- Parade Invite: 1st place winners are invited to ride in the Oremfest Parade at 7 PM that evening!
Prize Categories
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded in:
- Age Groups (Boys & Girls): 0-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m, 18-24m, and 24-36m.
- Siblings: Including twins and multiples.
- Trip to the Zoo: Animal theme.
- Tell Me a Story: Storytime, royalty, or superheroes.
- Red, White, and Blue: Patriotism theme.
Contest Rules & Results
- Judging: Babies can be judged in multiple categories but may only win one.
- Results: Winners will be posted after 2:30 PM on the Facebook pages for Orem City and Timpanogos Regional Hospital.
- Prize Pickup: Winners can pick up prizes at the Orem City Library starting the Tuesday after the event. Note: Prizes must be claimed by June 30th.
